Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to service and reactive breakdowns to diagnose and repair air conditioning systems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Utilize your expertise and knowledge of air conditioning systems to provide high levels of first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform day-to-day responsive maintenance, service, and repairs as instructed by management.
  • Conduct regular servicing and safety checks on all air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Make informed decisions regarding repair requirements and communicate with management and clients accordingly.
  • Liaise with management and clients to ensure all works are completed to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all works and repairs are completed safely and in accordance with current codes and practices.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Recognized air conditioning apprenticeship and commercial experience in air conditioning, with a focus on fault finding, service, repair, and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of test equipment, including electrical multi-meters.
  • Flexible approach due to travel requirements, with the ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Full UK driving license and basic IT skills.
  • Ability to undertake further training and development as required.
