Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch air conditioning service and maintenance to our clients across the Birmingham, Dudley, and Coventry areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to service and reactive breakdowns to diagnose and repair air conditioning systems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Utilize your expertise and knowledge of air conditioning systems to provide high levels of first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
- Perform day-to-day responsive maintenance, service, and repairs as instructed by management.
- Conduct regular servicing and safety checks on all air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Make informed decisions regarding repair requirements and communicate with management and clients accordingly.
- Liaise with management and clients to ensure all works are completed to the highest standards.
- Ensure all works and repairs are completed safely and in accordance with current codes and practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Recognized air conditioning apprenticeship and commercial experience in air conditioning, with a focus on fault finding, service, repair, and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of test equipment, including electrical multi-meters.
- Flexible approach due to travel requirements, with the ability to work additional hours as needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Full UK driving license and basic IT skills.
- Ability to undertake further training and development as required.
