Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to deliver high-quality care to residents, supporting their dignity and addressing their social, physical, cultural, and emotional needs.

About the Role:
  • Deliver direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant aged care qualification is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and ability to care for the social, spiritual, and cultural needs of residents
