Project Delivery Manager Role

This senior leadership position is focused on overseeing high-impact government sales projects, which will shape the future of transportation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead government-related sales projects from initiation to successful delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure compliance with government procurement regulations
  • Develop long-term relationships with key government stakeholders and suppliers
  • Represent the company's full brand suite in total solutions selling
  • Monitor project timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs
  • Champion continuous improvement across project and process delivery
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sales or project delivery, preferably in heavy automotive or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement frameworks and compliance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex tenders and projects from start to finish
  • Commercial background working with emergency services or the defense industry is a bonus
