Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your primary focus will be on managing the flow of goods, stock, and personnel within the warehouse. You will work closely with our logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, make decisions that impact the business, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to deliver strong performance.
  • Oversee goods inwards, warehousing, and dispatch operations.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and timely updates in our inventory management system.
  • Liaise daily with clients and suppliers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Manage resources effectively, including casual labor and labor costs.
  • Take ownership of warehouse layout, racking, stock bin locations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure OH&S compliance and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading and coaching warehouse teams.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of distribution and stocktake processes.
  • Current forklift and driver's licenses.
  • High attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
  • Physically fit and committed to workplace safety.
