Job Title: Process Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting and installing insulation on panels, assembling panels into chassis sub-frames, and fitting components onto bases.
  • Fitting fan assemblies, tubing, HP & LP switches, and sensor pockets.
  • Measuring, marking dimensions, and laying out materials.
  • Licensing faults.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Following job sheets and engineering drawings.
  • Demonstrating and following safe work practices.
  • Assisting with other assembly functions on the line as needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of handling hand tools.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
