We are seeking experienced and licensed Security Officers to join our team in Full-Time and Part-Time roles at Westfield Southland. As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality front-line customer service.
- Respond to incidents, including medical and emergency situations.
- Monitor safety risks and report incidents.
- Assist with crowd management and de-escalation.
- Support retail centre operations and emergency response procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control function.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
- High standard of personal presentation and customer-focused attitude.
