We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Mental Health Acute Care team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed care to consumers in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with the Clinical Nurse Consultant, Nurse Practitioner, and Allied Health Senior Acute Care Stream to ensure efficient and effective care provision on designated shifts.
- Provide responsive community-based mental health care to consumers, including triage, comprehensive mental health assessments, assertive care coordination, safety planning, and ongoing psychotherapeutic work.
The Acute Care Team is a dynamic and collaborative environment that operates seven days a week. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be part of a team that prioritizes consumer-centered care and works together to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Holds or is working towards relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- Previous experience in leadership roles is desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of $103,466 to $109,165 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes excellence in care.
