Tax Advisory Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team as a Tax Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with clients across various sectors to identify duty and land tax exposures, conduct research, and provide expert advice on tax planning opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in tax due diligence to identify potential risks and exposures;
  • Advising on duty consequences of mergers, acquisitions, and restructures;
  • Preparing submissions for lodgements and rulings;
  • Conducting tax research and providing advice on tax planning opportunities;
  • Staying up-to-date with state taxes and regulatory updates.

You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients across various industries, providing valuable insights and assistance with duty and land tax compliance, planning, and disputes resolution.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Commerce, or Economics;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to work in a client-facing team environment;
  • Strong personal initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
