Packaging Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead the optimization of our manufacturing process.
This is a key role within our Manufacturing team, responsible for championing Continuous Improvement (Monozukuri Way) of our processes, systems, procedures, and workflows.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the standardization of manufacturing processes and associated management of change.
- Optimize the performance of beverage processes and high-speed automated packaging equipment.
- Ensure adherence to quality requirements by promoting a 'Quality First' mindset.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics) or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in FMCG beverage manufacturing or relevant industry in a Process or Improvement Engineering role (3+ years' experience desirable).
- Excellent knowledge of process technology, with ability to work on various state-of-the-art equipment and processes.
