About the Role

As an Architectural Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating architecturally functional, compliant, and innovative designs for our modular builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new base model designs, including floor plans and elevations, that meet the needs of our clients and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Effectively and efficiently design new sketches for residential modular builds, taking into account budget considerations and construction requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Consultants, Estimators, Management, and Construction, to ensure that designs are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Provide design input and feedback to ensure that designs are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in architectural design for residential construction, with a focus on modular or prefabricated builds.
  • Strong proficiency in design software, such as Revit.
  • In-depth understanding of National Construction Code (NCC) and R Code regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical, creative, and innovative design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • A passion for cleverly designed spaces that support sustainability and energy-efficiency.
