About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Beacon Lighting in Bankstown. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and providing exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve store sales and profit results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive incremental sales improvements in all our sales channels.
  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring they receive unparalleled service every time.
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
  • Merchandise products to be visually appealing and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Ensure all customers are provided with expert advice and guidance on lighting solutions.
  • Health and safety standards

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job with a willingness to learn.
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • A current driver's license.
