The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bankstown. As a brand that transcends boundaries and trends, Skechers has become synonymous with fashion-forward and comfortable footwear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
  • Motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential and drive business growth
  • Closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum (estimated)
