Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - HCM Module Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of a significant ERP/HCM program in Victoria.

This role is pivotal in shaping processes, systems, and data flows. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing HCM processes, systems, and data flows end-to-end, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements across departments, translating business needs into functional and non-functional user stories, facilitating workshops, interviews, and process mapping in Agile delivery cycles, liaising with vendors and delivery teams to ensure alignment of specifications, partnering with the HCM Delivery Lead on system configuration and BAU alignment, developing comprehensive business process and functional documentation, planning and coordinating testing, including UAT, to validate solutions, and identifying project risks and collaborating on mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse HCM processes, systems, and data flows end-to-end
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements across departments
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional user stories
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping in Agile delivery cycles
  • Liaise with vendors and delivery teams to ensure alignment of specifications
  • Partner with the HCM Delivery Lead on system configuration and BAU alignment
  • Develop comprehensive business process and functional documentation
  • Plan and coordinate testing, including UAT, to validate solutions
  • Identify project risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Delivered as a Senior Business Analyst with deep HCM module expertise
  • Worked across recruitment, onboarding, remuneration, benefits, or workforce management
  • Applied Agile practices including backlog management and sprint planning
  • Produced detailed documentation including business processes and functional specs
  • Liaised between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Partnered with vendors and delivery teams on ERP or HCM implementations
  • Supported testing cycles, risk management, and compliance alignment
