Experienced Family Law Solicitor Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Law solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be working with a leading organisation specialising in Child protection and advocating for children's rights, among other areas of Family Law.

This role offers a good work-life balance, with occasional travel to communities on an ad-hoc basis. You will manage around 40 matters at a time, including child protection cases advocating for First Nations children and families, focusing on reunification. You may also handle divorce and family settlements.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Experience in Family Law, particularly in child protection cases;
  • A strong understanding of First Nations cultures and a commitment to advocating for their rights;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
