Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide immediate medical response to workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Assess and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Liaise with external healthcare professionals

  • Coordinate return-to-work programs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered Nurse (General) with current registration through AHPRA
  • Senior First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation certification
  • Rehabilitation Coordinator accreditation
  • Postgraduate qualifications in occupational health or nursing (desirable)
  • Experience in a manufacturing, mining, or industrial environment (desirable)
  • Familiarity with NSW Workers Compensation legislation and processes (desirable)
  • Mental Health First Aid certification (desirable)
  • Drug and alcohol testing qualifications and experience (desirable)
  • Minimum of three years' clinical experience, preferably in occupational health
