Job Opportunity: Clinical Research Associate

Role Overview

Clinical research associates play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trials.

We are seeking an experienced clinical research associate to contribute to our team's success. As a CRA, you will be responsible for independent monitoring of clinical sites across Australia, guaranteeing compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Study Start-Up activities, including ethics submissions, regulatory documentation, and essential document collection
  • Building strong relationships with site staff to ensure high-quality data collection and patient safety
  • Managing multiple studies across varied therapeutic areas, including complex and innovative protocols
  • Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Preparing clear and accurate monitoring reports and ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 18 months independent monitoring experience within Australia (CRA II level and above)
  • Proven experience with Study Start-Up
  • Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP, TGA/CTN/CTA requirements, and local health authority guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
