Job Title: Tax Advisory Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services powerhouse as a Tax Advisory Professional.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing expert tax advice to a diverse range of local and international clients, including private business owners, family groups, and high net worth individuals across various industries.

  • Conduct thorough research to provide comprehensive tax guidance on complex restructures, business acquisitions, sales, international expansion, and property transactions.
  • Provide valuable advice on corporate tax matters such as consolidations, TOFA, Division 7A, and SBCGT.
  • Offer expert insights on international tax strategies and structuring.
  • Deliver consulting services related to GST, payroll tax, and other indirect taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching and providing tax advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement tax strategies for clients.
  • Provide support to senior team members in the delivery of tax consulting services.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree in Laws or Commerce essential. Progress towards a Masters in Taxation preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of tax consulting experience from a legal or accounting background.
  • Skills: Strong technical foundation, exceptional communication skills, client-centric mindset, willingness to pursue further studies.
