Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work holistically to provide person-centred care, focusing on maximising the quality of life for each resident. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality care and support to residents
  2. Work with autonomy and lead the floor as needed
  3. Display initiative, integrity, and a strong work ethic
  4. Maintain commitment to best practice and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  1. Registration with Aged Care experience
  2. Previous experience and understanding of Dementia Support
  3. Hold a current Police Check
