We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Success Manager to drive the success of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer relationships, driving retention and growth, and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer onboarding plans to ensure seamless activation and adoption.
- Monitor customer health scores, usage data, and trends to identify areas for proactive engagement and strategic consultation.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record in driving customer retention and growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a self-starter mentality.
