Disability Care Specialist

We are seeking passionate and experienced professionals to support people with disabilities in achieving their goals and living independently.
- Develop daily skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting for individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with personal care, meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connections.
- Support daily activities such as going for walks, attending movies, or accompanying appointments.
Key duties will include:
- Helping individuals achieve their NDIS goals and aspirations.
- Providing daily personal care and support services.
- Facilitating community connections and daily activities that promote social inclusion.
- Assisting with personal care, meal planning, and household management tasks.
Requirements:
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work).
- Open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance.
