The Role

You will work closely with our Design Team, Construction Team, and Executive Team to create a supportive team dynamic.

You will be responsible for providing professional communication and service by responding to enquiries effectively and establishing good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will assist the Product Innovation Manager with administrative duties, including preparing and formatting quarterly presentations.

About You

  • 2-3 years of experience in administration, customer-focused preferably in the housing industry
  • Experience in managing permits
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with internal and external stakeholders, including councils, private certifiers, and developers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
