About Medical Assistance

We are seeking a Casual Medical Assistant to join our Tweed Heads practice. This role involves working collaboratively with experienced Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high-quality care for all patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with reception and administrative duties
  • Providing outstanding customer service experience to patients and healthcare practitioners

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 Health Services Assistant or Certificate 4 Medical Practice Assisting (or first year of Bachelor of Nursing completed)
  • Flexibility with availability
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to multi-task and prioritize
  • Working With Children Check Clearance
  • Evidence of routine immunization serology
  • Eligibility to work in Australia required
