We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence. This role involves developing and executing a social media strategy across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve the social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Lead influencer and creator programs, including collaborations, gifting, and community engagement
  • Liaise with key partners to build integrated campaigns with strong social outcomes
  • Maintain a forward-looking content calendar and schedule posts aligned to campaign goals
  • Lead monthly performance reporting, surfacing actionable insights to guide future work

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in-house or in an agency environment, preferably working with retail or e-commerce brands. They should have a proven track record of building and managing social accounts, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement across platforms. Excellent copywriting skills and a creative eye are essential, as well as the ability to be a visible part of the brand voice. Hands-on experience managing events and activations is also required.
