We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at El Camino Cantina Miranda. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading from the front, on the floor, not in an office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role (industry training will be provided)
  • A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally
  • Lead from the front with the team, on the floor, not in an office
  • Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
  • Availability for Friday & Saturday shifts and a minimum of 38 hours per week
  • A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Required
