Assistant Nursery Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Nursery Manager at our facility in Kemps Creek, Sydney. This position offers an attractive salary package and bonus structure that is commensurate with the successful applicant's experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry. Additionally, they must possess excellent staff management skills, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in this area.

A key requirement for this position is the ability to effectively manage the production and maintenance departments at our Kemps Creek Nursery. The successful applicant will be responsible for scheduling production, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the highest level of quality and detail throughout all operations.
