Australia and New Zealand Cloud Architecture Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the adoption of Amazon Web Services within the Australia and New Zealand market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and business acumen to establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of Solutions Architects in developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
- Benchmark industry best practices and educate public sector customers on the value proposition of AWS.
- Motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience of technical resources or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven track record of architecting/operating solutions built on cloud service providers like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
