As a key member of our holiday park management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Assistant Manager. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of appearance throughout the park, including lawns, gardens, trees, painting, and grounds-keeping tasks.
  • Completing maintenance tasks across all park facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, statutory, and brand standards.
  • Performing duty manager responsibilities, including opening/closing facilities, security checks, attending to emergencies, and crisis situations.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Grounds and maintenance experience.
  • Trade qualifications (not essential but preferred).
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilities.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Promptness to assist with on-call duties and work across a 7-day roster (weekends and public holidays).
