Job Summary:

As a Transport Planner in the team, you will help deliver on a range of projects in the areas of transport planning and modeling, across PBUs/clients in the transport infrastructure and built environment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on traffic and revenue forecasting studies and modeling projects
• Organize traffic surveys and data analysis
• Assist in transport model development, including network building, checking, and analysis
• Deliver assigned tasks to timescales and budgets
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports
• Continuously improve various aspects of transport planning
• Work to a high technical and quality standard

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters in Transport Planning/Engineering with 4-6 years of professional experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in traffic and revenue forecasting studies and knowledge of developing transport models
• Geographic information system (GIS) expertise (MAPINFO and ARCINFO) will be of considerable value
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with limited supervision
