Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate participants' access to community activities and outings
- Provide direct care assistance to each participant
- Monitor the safety and well-being of participants
- Ensure compliance with necessary documentation
- Deliver high-quality care and support to all participants
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or other relevant qualification desirable
- Experience in the delivery of personal care services and/or challenging behaviours
- Commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities
Skills and Qualities:
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards participants
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, participants, and support networks
- Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of participants
