Retail Store Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:
  • Seeking a results-driven and strategic Retail Store Manager to lead our team.
  • Drive business growth by maintaining high standards of store presentation, managing stock levels effectively, and achieving sales targets.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
About You:
  • A proven track record in leadership, with experience in coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams.
  • A strong understanding of retail fundamentals, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 20 members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, adhering to brand guidelines and visual merchandising principles.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
