Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Risk Transformation & Change, to join our Business Controls & Monitoring team within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB). In this role, you will provide high-quality, first-line risk advice, supporting the CIB through its project portfolio and transformation program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide risk advice and guidance to the CIB on risk assessments, controls, and incident management tied to transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to embed a strong risk culture and drive continual improvements in the control framework, with a particular focus on automation.
- Measure, report, and facilitate risk discussions with senior management, ensuring that risk management practices are top-notch and compliant with Westpac's policies.
- Collaborate with transformation teams to resolve complex technology, process, and operational matters.
- Over 5 years of experience in operational risk or compliance within a financial services organisation.
- Demonstratable experience in project risk management and/or risk-in-change.
- Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
