Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. As a Business Development Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, while pursuing a Certificate III in Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and maintenance of internal systems.
- Provide support to Senior Management as required.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our operations through various administrative tasks.
- Rotate between departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our services.
Requirements
- Must meet the eligibility criteria for the Traineeship Certificate III Business.
- Must meet the Australian Governments Apprenticeship criteria.
- Successful completion of the Language, Literacy and Numeracy requirements.
- Full time availability, Monday to Friday.
- Great communication skills, compassionate and positive attitude.
- Well presented, reliable and punctual.
- Must hold a valid Driver's Licence and be comfortable with driving a company vehicle.
- Must have completed Year 12 schooling.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
