Position Description
At Apprenticeship Central, we're committed to empowering individuals to start or restart their careers. Our employer, a leading provider in Disability and Community Support Services, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Business Trainee to join their team.
About the Role
- As a Business Trainee, you'll work closely with our operations team to gain exposure to various administrative duties.
- You'll be responsible for assisting with reception duties, answering incoming calls, and maintaining email inboxes.
- You'll also provide support to senior management as required and participate in data entry using our internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to rotate between different departments to broaden your knowledge and skills.
What You'll Gain

Requirements
- Meet the eligibility criteria for the Traineeship Certificate III Business.
- Meet the Australian Government's Apprenticeship criteria.
- Successful completion of Language, Literacy, and Numeracy requirements.
About You
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
- Great communication skills, a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Well-presented, reliable, and punctual.
- A valid driver's license and comfort with driving a company vehicle.
- Previous employment experience (preferred).
