The Educational Leader is a dynamic and forward-thinking professional responsible for driving excellence in early learning practices and pedagogy at Goodstart Early Learning. This exceptional opportunity requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Key Responsibilities:
As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for researching and consulting on strategies to improve practices and pedagogy, leveraging your strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Your expertise will enable you to foster a culture of curiosity and lifelong learning within the centre, inspiring educators to wonder, question, and approach new challenges with confidence.
