Expert in IT Matters

This role involves reviewing and validating assessment materials, ensuring compliance, and implementing improvements to maximize student success. As a qualified expert, you will verify that assessments meet regulatory standards, align with learning content, and are user-friendly.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in reviewing and validating assessment materials.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to analyze and improve assessment tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with Product and Learning Design teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications and experience required include:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Relevant IT qualifications (minimum Certificate IV in IT, higher preferred).
  • Current industry knowledge and experience in IT.
  • Experience in teaching and/or assessment within vocational education.

This is a per-piece contract role. Each module validation is paid at $400, with each review expected to take between 4–8 hours. Future opportunities for contract assessment work may arise as the program expands.
