Job Description

At Syngular Alliance, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr Electrical Engineer/Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and implement all capital equipment orders and contracts within budget and on time.
  2. Negotiate contracts, contact conditions, and variations as required.
  3. Prepare and manage the financial system for each contract.
  4. Manage Project/Site Supervisors and CAD staff.
  5. Effectively use and manage company resources and contract labour/resources as required.
  6. Procurement of finished Goods, Materials and Labour as required.
  7. Perform and/or assist engineering, design, and procurement of goods for project implementation.
  8. Order product from Piller Germany and other overseas suppliers as required.
  9. Liaise with Piller Germany to facilitate importation of product to meet customer specifications.
  10. Assist the CAD operator for project engineering from time to time as required.
  11. Track all imports including shipping, customs clearance and delivery to site.
  12. Attend site meetings and liaise with customer's project managers and engineering staff.
  13. Liaise with the Service Department to coordinate human resources for system commissioning and site related technical matters for effective project implementation.
  14. Develop customer relationships that will encourage continual growth and repeat business.
  15. Develop customer and supplier relationships through the project management process.
  16. Effectively hand over completed projects to the Service Department for after sales support.
  17. Manage and maintain the current QA, WHS systems and Project Filing systems.
  18. Support the company's Sales and new project engineering effort and overall activities as required.
  19. Work within a local (state) and national team environment.
  20. Provide service beyond customer expectation.
  21. Be a team player and multi-functional where practical.

Requirements: A degree in Electrical Engineering is necessary.
