Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced delivery professional to join our team as a Distribution Associate.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the coordination and execution of deliveries to trade customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safe work and driving practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.

The role requires a high level of physical fitness, including lifting, bending, and safe machine operation. A valid driver's license (manual preferred) is essential for this position.

Requirements
  • A proactive and results-driven individual who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous.
