Our organization is seeking a skilled Grounds and Maintenance professional to join our property maintenance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional grounds keeping service and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out landscaping work to maintain the school grounds in a clean and tidy state
- Maintaining routine trade and non-trade maintenance and repairs
- Providing feedback into planning, preparing and development of school grounds
- Inventory management for grounds supplies and materials
- Assisting with setting up significant events
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Valid Working with Children Check
- An authentic Christian who lives out the faith and attends church regularly
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality to ensure timely service
