Catering Assistants play a vital role in supporting this mission. They assist chefs in food production and preparation, maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, and support with kitchen duties during peak hours.

Assistants operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for customer transactions, serve food and beverages to customers, including Barista made coffees, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous Catering Assistant experience is preferred, but not essential.
