Job Title: Techno-functional Business Central Consultant

About the role: As a techno-functional Business Central consultant, you will work as part of our post-implementation operations team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and customizing D365BC solutions to meet client requirements
  • Responding to client support requests and resolving issues efficiently
  • Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they impact the client

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in development with D365 Business Central/NAV
  • Experience in a support environment, including incident management, release management, and change management
  • Able to analyze, troubleshoot, scope, and design requirements for clients
