About the Middle Leader - Pastoral Role
Townsville Catholic Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Middle Leader - Pastoral to join our team at Good Shepherd Catholic College, Mount Isa.
This is a Full Time, Permanent teaching role with a 3 year fixed term appointment to the Middle Leader position, commencing in 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the pastoral care of students of multiple year levels within the College, supervising and inducing teachers engaged in pastoral care, and providing pastoral care to staff.
Key Accountabilities
- Leading the pastoral care of students

- Providing pastoral care to staff
Requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to travel and perform physical requirements of the role
