Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in team leadership, key holding, or management. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and strive for seamless shopping throughout the store.

In this role, you will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock. You will also coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure that customers receive outstanding service.

About You

  • You possess excellent communication skills, strong time management, and organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets and manage controllable costs.
  • You are comfortable working regular Sundays and can lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager on duty.

About the Role

  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store.
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage deliveries and stock.
  • Coach the team to improve customer service and product knowledge.
  • Provide timely feedback to encourage team development.
