Valuation Analyst Opportunity

Gain hands-on experience in property valuation and consultancy as a Valuation Analyst at our esteemed organization.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the analysis of self storage trading data and market performance trends.
  • Maintain our comprehensive self storage supply database.
  • Prepare property valuation reports and provide consultancy advice.
  • Conduct thorough research, including sales and rental evidence gathering and other forms of data collection.
  • Accompany experienced valuers on property inspections.
  • Compile and analyze demographic and market data for specific customer catchments.
  • Develop client-ready documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Support project administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or have recently completed a Property Economics, Valuation, or related degree.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • An analytical and curious mind with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in commercial property markets and going concern (real estate and business) assets.
  • Professional, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
