We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by assisting with daily living tasks, transport, meal preparation, and social support.

As a Home Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to maintain their independence and live safely at home for as long as possible.

You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities, and possess a Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (although this is not essential).

Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle are essential for this role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and personal care;
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping;
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients;
  • Provide social support and companionship to clients;
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
