**Job Title:** Senior Policy Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced policy analyst to join our team. As a senior policy analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development of high-quality research and analysis services for members of parliament.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality research and analysis services to support the development of policy briefs and reports
  • Develop and maintain complex datasets and spreadsheets to support data analysis and visualization
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and consultation activities to inform policy development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective project management plans
  • Identify and analyze key trends and issues relevant to policy development

**Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as public policy, politics, economics or social science
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in policy analysis and research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
