Home Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Home Sales Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Sales Manager and Sales Consultant to provide exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires a strong drive to learn and grow within the position, along with the ability to work Saturday to Wednesday. The successful candidate will be motivated by KPIs and driven to achieve results, with experience in customer service and sales preferably in big box retail, hospitality/service or related industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage prospective customers at our display homes, scheduling appointments and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Initiate memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing.
  • Present information to help customers confidently compose their dream home.
  • Collaborate with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are accomplished.
