Job Details

A Casual Environmental Approvals Consultant is sought to support the delivery of environmental impact assessments and approvals in the Northern Territory.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Deliver high-quality environmental impact assessments and approvals for clients in the NT.
    2. Prepare fee proposals and reports that meet client expectations.
    3. Support the team in delivering strategic advice, environmental impact assessments, and approvals to multiple sectors across Australia.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in environmental science, environmental planning, engineering, or a relevant degree. They should also possess 2-6 years' experience at a professional level, ideally in consulting, with a strong focus on quality delivery.

  • Qualifications:

    1. Professional qualification in environmental science, environmental planning, engineering, or other relevant degree.
    2. Strong knowledge of environmental approval processes.

Experience:

  1. At least 2 years' experience specifically with Northern Territory EIA's.
  2. Experience delivering environmental effects assessments and approvals.
  3. Demonstrated experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.
  4. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables on competing timeframes.
  5. A clear, concise, and professional writing style.
