Educational Director Position

The Senior Education Leader is a high-level educational position responsible for leading the development and implementation of curriculum across various year levels. This role is part of the Curriculum Leadership Team (CLT) and requires collaboration with faculty staff to ensure course documentation is complete.
- Responsibilities:
- Participate in the CLT and contribute to curriculum planning and development.
- Collaborate with faculty members to ensure course documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Convene and conduct meetings of the Faculty to lead curriculum development and delivery.
- Advise on assessment procedures and work requirements, ensuring compliance with College Curriculum guidelines.
- Evaluate and manage allocated resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure course descriptions conform to College policies and practices.
The successful applicant will possess a teaching qualification, current VIT registration, and demonstrate competencies such as understanding pastoral care needs, teamwork, and experience in educational leadership and curriculum development.
Requirements:- Teaching qualification with current VIT registration.
- Understanding of pastoral care needs of students in a Catholic secondary school for boys.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers.
- Experience in educational leadership and curriculum development.
