Clinical Team Leader Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and outcome-focused individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to all clinical services, ensuring they align with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality care initiatives, promoting best practice in medication management, resident assessment and care planning.
  • Oversee the implementation of continuous improvement activities, driving excellence in clinical and lifestyle services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduled audits and clinical indicators, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
  • Ensure resident health records and clinical documentation are current and relevant.
  • Monitor and promote best practice medication management guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian-recognised equivalency.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
  • Previous senior clinical care experience in health, with aged care exposure.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and use of AN-ACC.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in Australia.
