To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong experience in individual term life, income protection, TPD, and trauma insurance with high-level individual underwriting authorities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a solutions-driven approach.
- Completion of medical terminology course.
- ANZIIF and ALUCA CPLI certifications, strongly desired.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
